Project Description

Two-part renovation addressing critical infrastructure needs at public schools in Ghana. Dimala School receives 3 new classroom blocks to eliminate severe overcrowding where 100 students from 3 different grades shared one classroom. November School gets complete roof renovation to prevent annual 3-month closures during rainy season.

Community Impact

Eliminates classroom overcrowding, reduces noise and distractions, and creates conducive learning environments for 1,100 students. Ensures year-round education continuity by preventing rainy season closures. Teachers can now deliver proper education with manageable class sizes and weather-resistant facilities.

Construction Progress

• Community members actively participate in weekend construction work

• Neighbors volunteer to speed up work and show local support

• Both schools maintain existing teachers and learning materials
